SynFabula is a collaborative creative platform. These Terms are a practical MVP template — have them reviewed before handling significant payments.

Service

We provide tools to collaborate on prompts and spend prepaid credits on AI generation (text atmosphere images, images, short videos). Credits are a platform utility, not cash, investments, or redeemable currency.

Accounts

You must be 18+. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Content

You retain rights in your original contributions. You grant us a license to host, display, and process content to operate the service. AI outputs may be imperfect; review before use.

Payments

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered. Default pack sizing is configured by the operator (currently 500 credits / $3.00 USD unless changed).

Prohibited use

See the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
